I have been delivering this course to parents for the past 15 years and it has always had a huge impact on supporting parents to manage behaviour. This has been a game changer for so many parents.

Having follow up sessions with me will help you gain a deeper clarity. You have the opportunity to discuss your personal situation and how the information in the course applies to you. We can also look at other aspects you may have overlooked that can then assist you to see when to do with particular approaches. As you can imagine, I can not put all my experience into a workshop so by having this session it does allow you to access my experience to help and support you in the best way. Like they say you always achieve things quicker with a coach - this session is to give you that extra hand. In the session you also have the chance to use your real life situations to have things personalised for you and your family. A course can never be totally personalised but with these top up sessions we can add that personal approach to it. 

The research for this was based on adults and so applies to everyone - yes your child may be slightly different but the knowledge of this can be applied. Often parents think their child just explodes, so don't get an opportunity to learn how to recognise the trigger or escalation phase. Some children may implode at school and have crisis' there, but not show it until they get home and explode. This course will show you how to recognise these phases so you can learn how to make a difference to the behaviour that is happening.

This really all depends on you and your situation. It really does vary. I have had parents report that due to doing something different the day after it averted a crisis. It can be as easy as that and as effective. It is really important the parent is aware as when you are you can spot things you can change - that change could have a huge impact. Some parents prefer to sit with the information and observe a bit more to make sure they fully understand it.
